The book is chock full of great stories from Charles and the people he interviews. It’s not a “self-help” book, it’s a guide. Charles doesn’t tell a man how to behave, he guides him gently through his own transformation of “that guy” to a “real man”. Yes, real men wear clean clothes, floss their teeth and know how to tip in restaurant. They also hold doors for women and say I’m sorry. Imagine that? A real man realizes that it’s not a woman’s job to make this evolution happen. Just like quitting smoking or any habit that’s become a part of daily life, making change has to be something we WANT to happen. If a man wants to spit out a car window on a date and pick his nose in public, he’s in need of this book. It’s cute only when she is infatuated with you…maybe not even for that long…then the reality sets in. Dude, you need a man makeover. Get the book.

With honesty, wit, and insider information Orlando shares his personal journey from Man’s Man to Evolved Man. The book represents the insights gleaned from in-depth interviews with over 1,000 women and nearly 400 men. As a woman who divorced a passive-aggressive man, I found myself nodding in recognition as Orlando dissected typical “manly” behavior. If only this book had been available a few years ago, I could have saved a lot of money on therapy.

The Problem With Women… is Men written by Charles J. Orlando is not only a great read for women but as well as for men. Really, all men and women whether they have grown up and matured yet or not should read this book. At first you may think it’s a self-help book, but when you start reading the book you realize it’s really a guide for both genders. Men might think this is a book bashing men, but it’s quite the opposite.

The Problem With Women… is Men is full of lessons for both men and women. It is a must read for the Evolving Man as well as the women in their lives. I plan on reading this book again, and perhaps again. There are so many new thoughts and ideas that I wasn’t able to absorb them all in one reading. This book will be on my night stand for a while.
Nice Shoes! and more life observations

If husbands came with handbooks, you’d want it to be this one. The Problem with Women… is Men has all the qualities a woman wants in a partner: It’s smart, provocative, astute and hilarious. Packed with an eclectic mix of research, insight, practical instruction and plenty of steamy suggestions, it should be a nightstand staple. The problem with men… is that they haven’t read this book!

Unevolved men and the women who accept them beware! Charles Orlando has your number and he’s not taking any prisoners. Mr. Orlando correctly encourages accountability for both parties, teaching not only why men are “unevolved”, but also how to succeed in the “evolution” process. A primer for every woman who’s has her heart broken one too many times, as well as every man who desires to stop being such a jerk. I suspect each of my girlfriends will be receiving a copy from me to assist them in their own enlightenment, and to strategically place on their coffee tables in hopes that their “unevolved” men will take notes from this must-have guide to self-evolution.

I think I have died and gone to heaven! Charles Orlando is a man who understands why women have such a hard time finding good men, or even their equal. The Problem with Women… is Men is a book every woman should give to herself for Christmas!
